The USCG is holding two formal public meetings to receive your comments on the DEIS.  At these meetings, you can review project information and talk informally with members of the study staff (which will not become part of the official record) and/or formally submit your comments to the USCG, orally or in writing.  A stenographer will record all oral comments received at the formal public meetings.
